[Go] Title for the Muscle Biology Publication

I'm not too wild about overly cutesy names when it comes to the serious 
academic endeavor that this work represents, but at least number 1 
actually suggests what was done and is described in the paper.  Number 3 
is perhaps the most clever but potentially demeaning to the authors.
