[Go] Alert: proposal to obsolete three molecular function terms (no annotations affected)

The proposal has been made to obsolete

2-chloro-4,6-dihydroxy-1,3,5-triazine hydrolase activity ; GO:0018779
5-chloro-2-hydroxymuconic semialdehyde dehalogenase activity ; GO:0018704
limonene 8-monooxygenase activity ; GO:0018587

These terms is not used in annotations, and is not included in any subset
maintained in GO.

These terms will be made obsolete because they were derived from UM-BBD 
enzyme entry that have been deleted, and no other information can be found 
to suggest that they are naturally occurring activities.
