[Go] proposal to merge tRNA aminoacylation terms

I would like to stress that this is because
GO:0006419 alanyl-tRNA aminoacylation etc
are 'single step' processes and are represented by the function terms
alanyl-tRNA synthetase
(the definitions of these aminoacylations refer specifically to this
enzme activity).
