[Go] Alert: proposal to obsolete biological process term that impacts existing annotations

We would like to obsolete:

GO:0055124 premature neural plate formation

because it does not describe a normal biological process. This term has 
indirect annotations via its child. The child term will be renamed for 
its exact synonym 'negative regulation of neural plate formation' and 
moved to an appropriate parent. The annotations will be retained.

This term will be obsoleted on April 17, 2009
