[Go] Protein Database for Atlantic salmon or rainbow trout?

Hello Mike,
AgBase (http://www.agbase.msstate.edu/) has GO annotations for trout and
salmon. Most of these are filtered out of UniProt but we do have some
additional ones in our community files.
