[Go] Protein Database for Atlantic salmon or rainbow trout?

Hi Lakshmi,
Could you possibly let me know what kinds of GO annotations you find are
being filtered out of UniProt for trout and salmon? I'm a bit concerned
as I don't believe that the GO Consortium filters Atlantic salmon or
rainbow trout proteins from the UniProt GOA gene association file when
it is uploaded onto the GOC site. Therefore if you could let me know
what is missing we can work to track this down.
Best wishes,
Emily

Do you need any additional GO annotation resources?
Which proteins would you like annotated with GO?
Let us know in the GOA User Survey, available at: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/GOA/contactus.html
