[Go] Twitter feed now displays on GONUTS homepage

I just added the feed for the news4GO twitter to the GONUTS homepage.   
It's currently set to show the last 5 tweets... and I'm not sure how  
well it handles update frequency.

... just so people will know it's going there when they tweet...
