[Go] ontology file made with obo-edit version2

Hi: It looks like the current ontology file has the following entry
towards the end of the file, which is breaking one of the programs I am
using (Ontologizer).

id: ID:0000000
name: <new term>
namespace: biological_process
is_obsolete: true

I don't know whether this entry is a bug/feature of the file or the
obo-edit software.
