[Go] GO terms as Genbank qualifiers

Hello Magdalene,

I don't put GO xrefs in the EMBL/NCBI submissions for S. pombe (fission 
yeast) but they are added by EMBL and the NCBI, so maybe they now do 
this for all organisms automatically?
