Please add yourself to the list of participants for the GO meetings if
you plan to attend. This will help us determine the proper
registration fee.

At the moment we plan to use the GO webex for the presentation of
slides. Who has set up webex sessions in the past and can assist with
that aspect?

With regard to the teleconferencing, we are looking into a daisy chain
of teleconferencing mics/speakers. These could be connected to either
a skype session on a dedicated computer (free) or a standard phone
conference ($).

Please let me know if you NEED to attend the conference remotely so we
can determine if a skype session will be feasible. I think skype will
only work with about 3 maybe 4 connections in addition to the
conference room itself. Can all the remote folks gather around a
single skype connection in the UK? Anyone else??

If skype is not going to be an option, a teleconference can hopefully
be arranged.

More details as we have them...
