[Go] teleconferencing for GO meetings and registrations

Hi Doug - I'd like to teleconference in from the UK as well. I don't
think it's going to be feasible for me to be on the same connection as
everyone else as I'll no doubt be juggling daycare for some of the time
(the meeting will be 5pm - 1am for us) so I'll probably need to call in
from home.

I don't think we should rule out the teleconference on the basis of cost
- after all we're saving a lot on airfares, accommodation etc. with most
of the UK folks calling in. I my experience Skype can sometimes be a bit
unstable - especially as the number of connections gets larger - and we
won't want to be messing around troubleshooting it during the meeting as
that /would /expensive. Well, that's my opinion anyway - others may not
agree.

WebEx should be straightforward - Jen should be able to help you with that.
