[Go] teleconferencing for GO meetings and registrations

Webex audio is prohibitively expensive; that's why Doug's trying to decide 
between Skype and the GO conference call line.

I can join the teleconference for parts of Monday, and on Tuesday & 
Wednesday until it gets late here.
