[Go] teleconferencing for GO meetings and registrations

Hi Doug--

I won't be able to attend the Eugene meeting, but would love to join in
with Webex and Skype, if possible.  I'm actually in Princeton now, so
perhaps could share a Skype connection with one or two people here.
