[Go] teleconferencing for GO meetings and registrations

Hi Doug,

We just talked with Judy on the managers' call and she says that using 
the conference line will certainly work out much cheaper than flights so 
we should just go ahead and use that. I think that technically that will 
also be the best option.

Once we get the technology figured out we should start testing at least 
a week in advance if that is feasible, and I can be the remote tester if 
you can do the local stuff. Do you think that will be possible at your end?
