[Go] Dates for next GOC meeting

HI Judy and All,
     We look forward to hosting.  Just to be clear, March 31-April 2  
are the PROPOSED dates.  We are currently seeking a proper venue and  
will do our best to target that date, but that is not a lock yet.   
More details as soon as we have them.
