All-
Cost, child care obligations, teaching, etc. are all valid concerns
that have to be dealt with. Ultimately the dates for the meeting
will most likely be determined by venue availability and avoidance of
other previously scheduled meetings. Remember that no matter what
dates are chosen, it will be suboptimal for someone...
