[Go] Oregon GO/Ref Genome meetings

Meeting pages have been added to the GO Wiki for the upcoming GOC and  
Ref. Genome meetings to be held in Oregon.  These are currently stubs  
based on pages from past meetings, and will be filled in as more  
information becomes available regarding Date, Times, Venue etc..

Please begin building agendas for these meetings on the meeting pages
