[Go] Fwd: Auto LoadGOTerms:secondary Terms now reinstated

The following GO terms appear to have been reinstated (ie the GO IDs  
were obsolete or secondary and have now re-emerged as primary terms  
again).  This happened in the change from revision 1.895->1.896 which  
occurred in the past 24hrs.

Not sure if this was intended, but it shows up in a report here as  
highly dubious...?
