[Go] hardware migration update

Most of the GO services have been successfully moved to the new  
hardware.  Mostly good news.  You can use CVS to do normal commits.   
There are a few minor details that should be worked out on Thursday.

This migration involved changing the OS and upgrading most of the  
software used by the GOC services.  The web site  
(www.geneontology.org), GO CVS (ext.geneontology.org) and Anonymous  
CVS (cvs.geneontology.org) appear to be fully functional.  The FTP (ftp.geneontology.org 
) is working but there is a hostname issue that should be resolved  
Thursday morning.  CVSWeb (cvsweb.geneontology.org) has problems at  
the moment we'll get that worked out on Thursday.  The GO database  
file archive (archive.geneontology.org) is not yet up, some issue with  
Apache.

The GOC wiki (wiki.geneontology.org) has been fully functional since  
Monday.
