Everything appears to be working on our new hardware.

For CVS since the machine has changed you will need to update your ssh  
info.  In your ~/.ssh/known_hosts delete the line that starts with  
ext.geneontology.org.  I suggest you delete your old repository and  
checkout a new copy.  There were changes to the repository.  You  
should be able to just do an update but a new checkout is also good  
incase you have problems.  There likely will not be much of a  
difference in cvs speed as it mostly limited by the network.
