[Go] generic GO slim question

Peter,

Just do annotations to the ones that could be used and aren't yet.   
Like everything else in GO, the slices and slims will evolve.  If you  
can't trivially do an annotation to a term that should be in a slim,  
its absence is not a huge problem.
