Dear GO,

The proposal has been made to obsolete

   prepilin peptidase complex ; GO:0009367

This term is not used in annotations or in any external2go mappings, nor 
is it included in any of the subsets maintained within the OBO flat file.

The reason for this proposal is that prepilin peptidase is a single gene 
product, and there is apparently no evidence that it acts as a multimer.
