[Go] GO meeting registrations

First:
Folks who have already registered for the upcoming GO meetings, please  
re-visit the registration table on the wiki Oregon Meeting Logistics  
page and add  your email address.  This is necessary for us to set up  
wireless access for you before you arrive.

Second:
We would like to set a registration fee amount in the next day or so  
for the GO meetings here in Eugene.   Typically these meetings have @  
50 attendees.  We have been assuming slightly less than that (perhaps  
40) because we know a number of regular attendees will participate by  
teleconference and WebEx.

Currently there are less than 20 registrants.  We will be basing the  
registration fee on the number of registrants in the next day or so.   
Please add yourself to the registration table on the wiki ASAP to help  
us make a good estimate.  Late registrants or drop in attendees will  
increase the registration cost for everyone.
