[Go] GO meeting times update

We may end up starting the GO meeting a bit later on Monday (10AM or  
noon) and would thus most likely go for a full day on Tuesday in that  
case.  We will be sure settle the times as soon as possible.  In the  
mean time if you want to attend the entire GOC portion of the meeting  
and you must make travel plans now, I suggest you plan to be here all  
day Monday and Tuesday if possible....or even better...come join us  
for the Ref. Gen. meeting on Wednesday as well!  You don't want to  
miss out on that fun!
