[Go] OBO-Edit 2.0 release: sign-off required!

Apologies, I meant to send this to the OBO-Edit working group list. That 
said, anyone else on this list is welcome to try OBO-Edit 2 beta 56 when 
it comes out, and send comments to the working group at 
<geneontology-oboedit-working-group at lists.sourceforge.net>.
