[Go] 'binding issues' item listed on the GO Consortium meeting agenda

Hi Emily,
The agenda will be undergoing significant churning in the next few days
as we align the items with time slots etc. Hope by the end of the week to
have it sorted and have names and details associated with each item.
Everyone: Please feel free to elaborate on the agenda as needed.
