[Go] Presentations for GO meeting

I have been told that passing control of the webex session will slow
the session down to an unacceptable speed.

In this case, we will most likely need to retain control of the WebEx
session in Eugene, and run all the slides locally on behalf of remote
participants. To facilitate that happening, I suggest that *ALL*
participants who will need presentation files add those files directly
to the wiki and link to them from the agenda so they are easy to find
and update without email attachments etc. That would also allow me
to open the files on the webex host computer before the meeting to
ensure they will work....

This will mean all presentations will be done with the webex host
computer which will be connected to the projector in the room in
Eugene (most likely to be a mac)

Sound like a good plan?
