[Go] GO meetings update

Greetings All,
     The final plans for the GO meetings are being set in place.  Here  
are some details:

Monday AM, Amina will be running an OBOedit session.  The conference  
call line will be available and WebEX will also be available for  
demos.  The remainder of Monday and Tuesday will be used for GO  
Consortium meeting items, Wednesday will be used for Ref. Genome items.

Remote participants will get an email invitation to any  WebEx  
sessions that may occur and details for access to teleconferences.


Remote Presentations:
Jen has suggested we use the GO cvs to keep presentations rather than  
the wiki (sorry for the change of plans...either can work though).   
This should be done anyway for archival purposes.

Please check in your slides for the remote presentations to the  
following directories.  Please contact Jen if you need assistance  
checking in your documents.

We will have the necessary directories checked out on the Mac which  
will be used for presentations.


Wireless access:
On site attendees should have received a code by email which will be  
used to grant you wireless access at the meeting.  Let me know if you  
did not get your access code.


Agendas:
The agendas have been constructed.  Have a look and speak up if you  
would like us to consider moving something to better accommodate  
remote attendees or if anything is missing.
