Hi,

At the GO Consortium meeting and Reference Genome meeting we are going 
to need volunteers to help each session chair by keeping an eye out for 
remote participants who raise their hands virtually.

It is likely that any remote participants who wish to speak will 
indicate this by typing in the webex chat window, so it will be easy for 
the local person to see that this is happening. We just need one person 
for each session to take on the role and see that remote participants 
are not forgotten.

If you would be prepared to take on this task for any period (however 
short) please could you get in touch with me? We hope to have lots of 
volunteers, so it will not be an arduous job. Names can be filled in on 
the agenda so we know who is doing the job at any given time.

We are going to have a technical rehearsal on Friday at 5pm UK time, 
10am Eugene time, so this would be a good time for a practise.
