[Go] Alert: proposal to obsolete four molecular function terms (no annotations affected)

Dear GO,

The proposal has been made to obsolete

   isonicotinate reductase activity ; GO:0034883
   gamma-N-formylaminovinylacetaldehyde dehydrogenase activity ; GO:0034884
   1,4-dihydroisonicotinate 2,3-dioxygenase activity ; GO:0034887
   4-hydroxyphenylacetaldehyde-oxime isomerase activity ; GO:0047467

These terms are not used in annotations, and are not included in any subset
maintained in GO.

Three of the terms will be made obsolete because they were derived from 
UM-BBD enzyme entry that have been deleted, and no other information can 
be found to suggest that they are naturally occurring activities. They are 
present in the um-bbd_enzymeid2go mapping, which will be updated 
automatically by a script.

The fourth, GO:0047467, was derived from an EC entry (5.2.1.11) that has 
been deleted.
