[gofriends] Cut and paste error in newsletter: regulates test file

Dear GO friends,

We've noticed that we made a cut and paste error for the test regulates file
in the February 2008 GO newsletter.  The correct filename has been posted
online in both the HTML and PDF versions of the newsletter.

The file for testing should be:

ftp://ftp.geneontology.org/pub/go/scratch/regulates_relations_examples/go_regtest_withPosNeg_noPF_noXP.obo

instead of

ftp://ftp.geneontology.org/pub/go/scratch/regulates_relations_examples/go_regtest_noPosNeg_noPF_noXP.obo


(withPosNeg instead of noPosNeg)

We're sorry for the error.
