Milagros,
One more tool: http://www.babelomics.org (see Al-Shahrour et al.,
2005, 2006, NAR). Inside, among the utilities, you can find the
Rosetta (IDconverter). You can convert over 60 different gene
identifiers (including Uniprot / Swissprot IDs) for a dozen of model
species.
