[Gofriends] Error uploading MySQL dump

Trying to import the term_synonym table (term_synonym.sql) I get the 
following MySQL error:

ERROR 1170 (42000) at line 16: BLOB/TEXT column 'term_synonym' used in 
key specification without a key length

MySQL version is 4.1.20-log
