neural tube / neural crest GO proposal

Neuro & Dev. group folks.  An extensive addition to GO describing 
'neural tube development' and 'neural crest development' has been 
formulated.  Could you please have a look and comment if you have an 
interest in these topics.
It is SF 146285 Titled: neural tube formation
