[Ontology-editors] use of regulates

Hi Jane,
We think this is also fine. The bottom line is that an organism should
be allowed to regulate a cellular process in another organism. Although
it would be more complete to create the term 'regulation of
cAMP-mediated signalling' and then make 'modulation by host of symbiont
cAMP-mediated signaling' or even better 'modulation of symbiont
cAMP-mediated signaling by host' an is_a child of this new term.
