My gut reaction is that it wouldn't be biologically accurate to make 
RoMCOP and RoMOP disjoint -- I can imagine an instance of regulation of 
some MCOP that also ends up having a regulatory effect on some MOP in 
which the MCO was involved. (Or is is_a not the right relation to use for 
that scenario?)
