I actually that this list was specifically for GO specific technical 
issues relating to editing GO. These issues have been booted from OEWG 
meetings as being too specific to GO, when the OEWG includes people who 
edit other ontologies. Issues appropriate on this list might include 
things about using Obo-Edit, like how do I get an up-to-date version of 
the verification settings for saving GO, but may also include things about 
getting the GO files from CVS or other non OBO-Edit issues.

I also thought that this list was explicitly stated to NOT be for content 
discussions since everyone on the list is not working on the same content 
issues. Content issues are better kept to the specific people actually 
working on them.

I agree with Jen that any general policy decisions need to stay on the 
main GO list, and not be on this very specific list.
