I'm having a difficult time formalizing the host CC terms for logical  
xp definitions. This is the best I can do here:

Thoughts?

David has always said the CC is an ontology locations, and I have said  
it is an ontology of anatomical structures. I think David's view makes  
more sense for the host terms.

Jane, what are your thoughts on the location of parasitophorous vacuole?
