[Ontology-editors] historical synonyms

Hi,

Do you think it might be possible for us to have a way to mark which 
term synonyms are there for historic reasons and which are considered to 
be current and correct? I am working through the old sensu terms just 
now and looking at synonyms to get clues to which terms correspond to 
which taxa, and some of the synonyms are quite confusing. It would be 
much easier if it was clear which were there for historic reasons.
