[Ontology-editors] "X part" terms

We have 135 new links to add under the "X part" terms.

I have a fixed gene_ontology_write.obo file with the 135 links filled  
in. Jane has approved these. I generated this off of  
gene_ontology_write.obo
  cvs version: $Revision: 1.257 $

The fixed go file is in
	scratch/go/go_withXpart_links.obo

Can someone cp this and commit it?

Do we need a brief commit freeze, to make sure the file I generate is  
fresh w.r.t latest GO?
