[Ontology-editors] ontology editing freeze

Hi,

I'd like to request an ontology editing freeze for tomorrow (Tuesday) 
morning from 10 am to 11 am BST. This freeze is to allow me to commit 
back a branch file that I have been using for improvements to the far 
red light and fluence terms.

I will write to let you all know as soon as I have finished the commit 
so that the freeze doesn't last any longer than it needs to.
