[Ontology-editors] Alert: editing freeze for OE2 switchover

Dear ontology developers,

As agreed among the OBO-Edit working group members, I'm about to commit 
the first OBO-Edit 2-generated GO file. There is an editing freeze in 
place until we confirm that everything in the file-release pipeline -- 
especially filtering -- is working properly. The freeze should last 24 
hours or less.

Please don't commit any changes to gene_ontology_write.obo until further 
notice. Once the freeze is thawed, please use OBO-Edit 2.0 to commit GO.
