Good thought.

If I do this:

[Term]
id: GO:0000087 ! M phase of mitotic cell cycle
intersection_of: GO:0000279 ! M phase
intersection_of: part_of GO:0000278 ! mitotic cell cycle
xpTag: xp_checked

then load and search on 'has is_intersection' AND 'has any text field 
contains xp_checked' the term isn't found.

Might there be something else going wrong there?
