[Ontology-editors] [OBO-Edit Working Group] marking xp terms

Ideally OE would allow per-link metadata. This is allowed in obof, but
the results are invisible in OE.
This would be useful in general - i.e. to say which curator added a
part_of link, when, a PMID to support the link.
For now overloading an existing field is probably easiest.
Synonyms will work, but it feels ugly. Subsets feel more natural, but
you're limited to a binary yes/no per-subset. Synonyms may be the most
practical if you want to attach individual notes.
