[Ontology-editors] Alert: editing freeze over; ready to use OBO-Edit 2

Dear ontology developers,

The gene_ontology_write.obo is now available for editing with OBO-Edit 
2.0.

Please download the official OBO-Edit 2 release from:

https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=36855&package_id=317735&release_id=674492

Remember to pay careful attention to the release notes -- you'll have to 
re-establish your configuration, so you may want to import individual 
files or the whole config directory if you've been using any of the OE2 
betas or OE2rc1. Dictionary (*.dict) files can also be copied from the 
OE2beta config directory.
