[Ontology-editors] GO error: cycle at "integument development"

Hi again,
I realized I should add to what I said previously. In my testing, I made a
relationship, and then realized that it was is_a, when I really wanted to
make a part_of relationship. I made a second relationship, thinking I'd be
able to delete the second one afterwards, but was unable to do it via the
GE since the two relationships between the same two terms occupy exactly
the same space and thus you only see one. I added a (low priority) feature
request at that time that I would like to see the ability to change the
relationship_type of an existing relationship via the GE.
