[Ontology-editors] localization SF (sort of Re: organization & biogenesis)

Hi,

In SF 2778653 Val asks whether protein complex localization should be is_a 
protein localization. At present they're siblings, but should we change 
that? Is there any reason not to? (I've noted that we would do all the 
macromolecule/macromolecular complex localization terms consistently 
either way.)

Any thoughts appreciated ...
