[Ontology-editors] a word of caution: ID ranges

Dear ontology developers,

Yesterday, Tanya and I noticed that an oddball stanza had been committed 
to the gene_ontology_write.obo file; the essential part of it is shown 
here:

   [Term]
   id: ID:0000000
   name:<new term>

I've deleted the entire stanza, but this seems like a good time to remind 
everyone to be very careful to check their ID ranges and their diffs 
before committing to the live GO. ID ranges in particular may be lost when 
upgrading OBO-Edit versions, so if you've just started using the lovely OE 
2.0 release, make sure it has the correct configuration in the ID Manager.
