GO:0060402 would cover transport of calcium ions into the cytosol from
anywhere; it isn't restricted to release from organellar stores (and so
also doesn't have the restriction that GO:0051209 does of representing
negative regulation of sequestration).
Although we don't yet have any siblings of GO:0051209, there appears to be
at least some sort of calcium transport from outside the cell to the
cytosol, and between the nucleus and the cytosol, for which we may
eventually want to add one or more terms. E.g.
