There's also cellular_component_xp_cell.obo - we should remove the  
following:

id: GO:0030446 ! hyphal cell wall
intersection_of: GO:0005618 ! cell wall
intersection_of: part_of CL:0000286 ! hyphal cell

FAO, whilst unmaintained, would seem to be a more reliable source for  
fungal cells. CL has horrible things like spore is_a fungal cell AND  
spore is_a prokaryotic cell
